Technical Work Groups

Five Technical Work Groups (TWG) supplement the efforts of the New Mexico Climate Change Advisory Group:

• Agriculture and Forestry      
• Energy Supply (including waste energy)     
• Residential, Commercial, and Industrial (including energy demand, process gases, and recycling)     
• Transportation and Land Use      
• Cross-Cutting Issues (including GHG registries, reporting, and education)

These groups have an advisory role to the stakeholders and are tasked with providing technical analysis and design policy options for consideration. Technical Work Groups focus on specific issues and sectors of the economy and consist of CCAG members (or their technical designees) plus other technical experts as needed.  For additional information on a TWG, click on any link above
